Assets are typically delivered in the operation of the inventory, so that subsequently do not accuse each other of loss. Renter is fully responsible for the entrusted property. Tenant shall have the right to settle in rental real estate close relatives such as wife and children. But the owner of the apartment should be warned beforehand. Despite the letter of the law, landlord will not be pleased when he sees in his home crowd of children and your mother-in-law. Without the permission of the owner, only you can live in the apartment. No additional conditions or commercial use is acceptable without his consent.
In the contract it is necessary to make an item concerning the repair of the apartment. Typically are possible minor repairs to the tenant pays, and the owner himself decides how to spend the money received. Either option is possible that the tenant makes the repairs himself, if this amount is spent on it is removed from the rental. And the tenant is obliged to maintain all the property intact for the duration of the contract.

Tenant must provide access to the owner for control of space and all the property entrusted to him. But the frequency and time of such visits must be pre-specified in the contract, so not to make conflict situations.

Tenant has always the right to extend his contract if the apartment owner is not opposed, and has not been broken at least 1 point of contract. If, however, decided to change the apartment or the landlord is unwilling, for whatever reason to renew the contract, the tenant pays all the debts, and passing on the property, may move to an apartment in stated by contract terms.
