If the recent past years it was considered prestigious to buy your own office, but now the fashion changed dramatically. Many companies in today’s businesses now prefer to lease office, rather than buy it in the property.

Rental of office, in most cases, allows the company to be much more mobile and easier. In the case of expansion or changing the profile of the firm it can always change the office and find a new one, based on new requirements and objectives. In the case of a constant, its own office, it will be much harder to sell the office for the desired price, or the sale may be delayed indefinitely.
If you rent the property you have no obligation to anyone. Draw up the lease robust enough and you can safely enter your new office.

Yes of course, not all landlords welcomed the redevelopment or change of the internal condition of the premises, but within the negotiated contract, you are free to do whatever you need.

At lease the office, you may be faced with a competing organization, which also takes office next door. But the major landlords just trying to place competitors on opposite sides of a building or even on different floors.

But, despite this shortcoming, to rent the office for your activities, it is often the most cost-effective and convenient option.
