In the case of a constant, its own office, it will be much harder to sell the office for the desired price, or the sale may be delayed indefinitely.

Yes of course, not all landlords welcomed the redevelopment or change of the internal condition of the premises, but within the negotiated contract, you are free to do whatever you need.
At lease the office, you may be faced with a competing organization, which also takes office next door. But the major landlords just trying to place competitors on opposite sides of a building or even on different floors.
But, despite this shortcoming, to rent the office for your activities, it is often the most cost-effective and convenient option.
